Group Training

The benefits are immense!

Group Personal Training is a built-in support system designed to encourage and motivate you. There's just something about knowing you will meet a buddy at the gym to workout with. Somehow knowing you won't be challenged alone helps. Yet remember: it isn't how you feel on your way to the studio, it's how you feel (the surge of energy,) afterwards...and how you succeeded in completing your workout. So get some people to do a Group Training at our studio (we have discount packages,) or...meet up with people when you are there. Hey, maybe you are the type who will motivate others in your personal training group. You can even get into some friendly competition once you have it set up. Whatever you do, we at Physiology encourage Group Training for its rewards. Also it is always entertaining to see the dynamics of each group. Groups actually have a great time!
