Ramp Training

Ramp Up Your Workout!

Featured with our Spar-Fit program, our Ramp Circuit is unique to Physiology and we crank this type of training to volume level 11. Ramp training turns your body into a calorie-burning machine, targeting a whole-body workout, especially legs, from glutes to calves (gastrocs and soleus muscles). At 24 feet in length and nearly 45 degrees of intensity, our indoor ramp is sure to challenge you!

Weighted vests, dumbbells, kettlebells, bungee cords, heavy bags, and pulleys are added to Ramp Circuit Training to increase intensity. We also rotate your gait pattern by having you do  retro-running, side stepping and broad jumping.

Ramp Circuit training is the most liked (for its results) cardio circuit at Physiology.
